Members receive a quarterly newsletter and are kept well informed on current child abuse prevention efforts. Individuals who donate $125 or more become Frances Mills' Children's Fund members. Frances Mills was a local leader in the area of child abuse prevention, helping the state make enormous strides toward banishing corporal punishment in the schools and initiating in-home parent education programs.
