As a small not-for-profit Family & Children’s Council is often challenged in keeping up with today’s technological world. It has been a dream of ours to make parenting information and community resources easily accessible to all families through web capabilities, while increasing our outreach in providing child abuse prevention information. We thank the Black Hawk County Gaming Association for making our dream a reality. Thanks to the financial support of the Gaming Association, Family & Children’s Council has been able to work with ME&V to create this Web site filled with parenting information and resources.
